A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine. I am so happy, my dear friend, so absorbed in the exquisite sense of mere tranquil existence, that I neglect my talents. I should be incapable of drawing a single stroke at the present moment; and yet I feel that I never was a greater artist than now.

Hi! Im Ashley Renee

Hey, I’m Ashley Renee! Born and raised in Louisiana, but I’ve called Fort Worth home for the past 17 years. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and photographer who’s been chasing good light and genuine smiles for over 15 years. I officially launched Renee Ross Photography in 2012, and it’s been a wild, beautiful ride ever since.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably knee-deep in a DIY project (covered in paint and loving every minute). Give me a home improvement store, some power tools, and a vision board, and I’m in heaven.

I live with my husband and our sweet baby boy, who keeps life wonderfully loud and  messy. My second favorite hobby? Eating. If it’s pasta or seafood, I’m in. Bonus points if I didn’t have to cook it!
